Mental Health In Young Adults

RESEARCH: POSTER AND PUBLICATION DESIGN

This project was used to develop design thinking and qualitative research skills. The information and imagery used in the publication have been taken from a real-life context. Qualitative research included speaking with a professional psychologist, a focus group with young adults and an online survey where people sent in images that they drew outlining their lives and experiences. The booklet should be an eye-opening insight into the problems surrounding mental health and generate positive awareness. The poster aims to spark interest in the issue whilst also promoting awareness of mental health.
