Join us for a 1hr consultation and presentation of a detailed website audit strategy document. We delve into what it takes to have a website that delivers. Focusing on how your website can stand out creatively makes our strategy different to others. We look into your audience personas and consider how these are services throughout the site. We also consider page layout, copywriting for web, user flow and using the best call to actions for your audience.

• Details of site goals from a customer and business perspective, honing in on what it means for the site to be successful and consideration on how this can be achieved from a creative perspective.

• Breakdown of the key purpose of the site.

• Customer segmentation and persona analysis including demographics, geographic, behavioural and psychographic details for each persona.

• Analysis of customer interests based on intent (informational, navigational, commercial or transactional).

• Creation of a user flow map highlighting the different consumer groups on a typical journey on your website, interactions and bounces.

• Content planning taking into consideration the site goals and customer intent. This is where you’ll see how your site can come together and where audiences can find each piece of information.

• Interactions and CTA analysis including details on pop-ups, banners, CTA buttons and forms.

• Creative suggestions including visual branding, imagery and video, layout, graphics, writing style and overall look and feel.

We will work closely with you to ensure that your vision comes to life, whilst drawing on our knowledge of user experience and interaction on desktop and mobile devices. Your stunning new website design will not only impress but drive conversions.

INCLUSIONS

• Website design of 4-5 pages in line with your existing brand fonts, colours, imagery etc.

• A 30 minute business context session with our team where we uncover the ins and outs of your business goals and how your site can most affectively achieve them.

• Sitemap and wireframe creation. This is where you get to see the placement of all your content, imagery, buttons and more. You’ll be able to provide feedback and let us know you’re happy before we move on to the design.

• User interface design. At this point we design all your pages from top to bottom and you’ll be able to let us know your thoughts before we apply it to the real and clickable site. We will often present 2 options on 1 key website page first for you to choose from before we roll out this design across your whole website.

• Interactive page creation. This is the final step in our website design process, here you’ll be able to see the final product and interact with your site as if you were a customer.

• Finally, we help you through site launch.

NOTES

• Includes 1 round of amends, additional amends will be charged accordingly.

• This package does not include the uploading and preparation of products on e-commerce stores, to be more efficient, we will show your team how to do this by preparing a demo product for you to copy. If you’d like us to manage all e-commerce uploads, contact us for a custom quote.

• This package includes basic website design only, with basic graphics and animation as part of the Squarespace suite, it's non-inclusive of detailed graphic creation or animation. For a more bespoke design, contact us for a custom package.

• Copywriting is not included, you can provide the written content yourself (we will help guide you through the content needed throughout the strategy process) or we can quote you on copywriting for your site.

• All images will need to be supplied, or we can quote you on stock imagery, or a photo shoot. Any asset creation or copywriting created by Mariah Jade Studio will be charged accordingly.

• Non-inclusive of website integrations, any integrations will be charged accordingly.

• This package allows for designs to be made on Squarespace hosted sites only.

• Member areas and complex online stores may require additional costs.

• Issues with connecting domain names can require additional costs. We recommend letting us guide you through purchasing your domain through Squarespace whilst we set up your site.
  Cost is non-inclusive of external party fees including hosting costs.
